Designed for longer-duration deployments, the Dräger BG ProAir is a positive-pressure closed-circuit breathing apparatus built for uncompromising safety and all-day comfort in demanding environments. The sealed breathing system helps keep hazardous substances out, while exhaled carbon dioxide is removed through a CO₂ absorber. Before inhalation, the breathing gas is cooled and enriched with oxygen at a constant rate.
For extended missions, oxygen dosing can be configured based on work rate to help maximize duration during lower work rates. The BG ProAir’s smart carrying system distributes weight evenly, and visibility-focused features support team awareness during operations.
